Step 1: Share Your Idea

Step 2: Concept Development

We develop custom concepts that balance visual impact, durability, and manufacturability. You’ll review renderings before anything moves forward.

Step 3: Prototype Creation

Once the tap handle design is approved, your tap handle prototype moves into production! We share updates with final photos prior to shipment to ensure your prototype looks correct. Your tap handle prototype is a perfect opportunity to make edits prior to full order production. 

Typical prototype timeline: 5–7 weeks

Step 4: Production 

Once the tap handle prototype is approved, we begin full production. Tap handles are carefully molded, painted, and finished to match your brand colors and design details.

Production timeline: 8-10 weeks

Step 5: Delivery & Distribution

Your handles ship directly to you or your distributor so they’re ready for launch.

Delivery timeline: As little as 2 weeks or up to 5 weeks for larger orders shipped via ocean.
